Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced investor, an inspection performed by Inspector Cavin Fung will help to provide the information and guidance you need to ultimately make sound decisions about your future acquisition.

Armed with many years of home and commercial inspection experience, Inspector Cavin Fung strives to provide an enhanced quality inspection. I employ state of the art infrared non-contact thermal imaging and 360 degree visual images to allow the client to observe aspects of the property not generally provided by Inspection Reports provided by others.

My goal is to meet or exceed the highest industry standards; provide an easy to follow and comprehensive Inspection Report with appropriate recommendations; and, to remain available for telephone consultations and if necessary, additional site visits, should the client following their review of the Inspection Report have any questions or concerns.

About me

Cavin Fung is Owner of Cavin Inspection.

Originally licensed by the State of Nevada’s Department of Business and Industry as an Inspector of Structures Residential pursuant to Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 645D. I have held Certificate Number: IOS.0001661-RES since July 7, 2010.

I provide support to buyers and sellers of residential real property who demand an accurate assessment of a property’s conditions. My goal is to identify to the extent desired by the client, potential issues within a property that may result in unintended repair and maintenance. I take pride in helping clients understand and manage the risks involved in buying and selling property and providing quality condition reporting across all disciplines.

Born in Taiwan, raised and educated in the United States, I am fluent in Mandarin and English. I have been a resident of the greater Las Vegas vicinity for more than 20 years engaged in the business of the purchase, renovation and sale of single-family homes. A member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee, I am proud to be able to say that my advice and counsel is continually sought after and I performs strategic consulting to Realtors, Investors and charitable organizations throughout southern California and Nevada.
